Roasted Coffee from Itasy

This coffee from the Itasy region reveals notes of vanilla, chocolate, and delicate floral accents. At an altitude of 1,200 metres, in the heart of Madagascar’s central Highlands, coffee plants flourish in vibrant, powerful volcanic soil sculpted by age-old craters. The fertile region is irrigated by the peaceful Lake Itasy.

On small family farms of the Merina ethnic group, coffee trees thrive in harmony with native trees and fruit trees. Our commitment is to forge fair and equitable links with local farmers. We work hand in hand with them, meticulously selecting the best coffee cherries, and taking care of everything from processing to roasting the beans.
